| Yey! 2025 started out with a great blessing—the new administration of the Department of Justice dismissed the Biden DOJ civil suit against Citizens for a Pro-Life Society—alleging that we broke the federal FACE act in our 2 Ohio Red Rose Rescues conducted in June 2022. A bogus case if even there was one—as Red Rose Rescues do not violated FACE! See here the memorandum!! Indeed, the dismissal occurred during the 2025 D. C. March for Life!! I danced in the street! |

| In 2025 your CPLS director participated in two rescues—The first one a Red Rose Rescue on July 30th. Six Red Rose Rescuers were arrested while peacefully offering roses and resources to mothers going into the Delaware County Women’s Center, an abortion facility that only provides chemical abortion pill “procedures,” located at the Crozer Chester professional office building. We were charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass, “defiant” only because the rescuers refused to “obey” the officers’ request to leave the abortion center, explaining that “we cannot leave as long as the unborn are scheduled to be killed.” The pathetically exorbitant bond was set at $20,000 and the rescuers eventually were sent to the George Hill Correctional Facility in Glen Mills, PA. Bond of $2000 per person was slowly raised for each rescuer. The six rescuers are: Monica Miller (your CPLS director), Will Goodman, Patty Woodworth, Eric Holmberg, Joan Andrews Bell and ChristyAnne

| About ninety minutes into the rescue the staff announced that they were “closing the clinic for the day,” and all abortion appointments for the eight women who had arrived to kill their unborn children were cancelled. The women were told “we don’t have enough time to service your abortions today.” Every woman left the abortion center without having been given the deadly abortion pills. The rescuers celebrated this as a great victory. The unborn children scheduled for execution were given a reprieve and every mother given an opportunity to reconsider their decision to abort. We have our first court appearance coming up January 12, 2026 Please pray for us! |

17 pro-lifers were arrested when we blocked the door to the killing center, including Randall Terry, Joan Bell and Matthew Connolly. Some pro-lifers traveled all the way from Canada and Portland, OR to participate in this historic event—why historic--? It is the largest direction action to take place at an abortion center since 1994! |

| CPLS co-sponsored the memorial service and new monument dedication for unborn children lost to abortion at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield MI. as part of the Sept. 13th National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Babies a project of CPLS with the Pro-Life Action League. This year we had over 200 memorial services across the country for the victims of abortion. In 2008 CPLS members took these 23 victims of abortion out of the trash dumpster behind the Woman Care abortion center in Lathrup Village, MI., buried in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, MI. |
